Great food. Great ambiance. Great design. In the heart of the City.

This is my second visit and it did not disappoint. Top three dishes: the crab toast, scrambled eggs with crispy oysters and the mushroom pizza. The pizza is neopolitan style so it's not filling. The salted caramel ice cream dessert is also quite good.

We had a reservation and when I called to say we would be a few minutes late I was told that if we were more than 15 minutes it would be up to the host to seat us - which I found rude. When we arrived (I don't think it was more than 15 minutes) the host was polite and said our table wasn't ready and we could wait a the bar (he did not mention us being late so I think it was a normal table wasn't ready). Our bartender Dustin was very nice and skilled. The host never came to get us and we told Dustin we'd eat at the bar and we had a lovely time. When my friend told the host we decided to eat at the bar the host said our table was ready but he figured we were enjoying the bar. Overall I did not ding them for this reservation issue but I think they could communicate a bit differently - especially when a guest calls. Food by the way was great! The version of traditional turkey dinner was outstanding.
